Tooth ache
The upper left side grinding teeth is paining since last night , now entire jaw of left side is paining badly . I don't have any cavity ...please suggest me some meds .

Might be 3 molar eruption occur
Take warm saline gargle after every meal.
When pain severe pain occur take tab ketrol dt
X ray is required for further treatment.

Mostly due to sensitivity due to Grinding.
-Hyora K mouthwash
-Vantej tooth paste
- Avoid cold water in anycase try consuming
a bit warm water see if you feel better for now. If your problem solved well and good ,if it didnt you might need a crown or Rct (then crown).

Might be an interdental prob caries or food lodgement
X ray is required for further treatment
Try to maintain oral hygiene
Warm salt water for gargle for 3-4 times a day

Need to get X Ray done
As there might be any cavity in between teeth which might not be visible to you
As of now take medicine
Tab Moxiclav 500mg(twice daily after meals)
Tab ketarol -DT (twice daily after meals)
Tab pantop -d (early morning empty stomach)
Above course for 5 days

T. Ketorol DT, if pain, after food, 2 tablets dilute in water and consume. Followed by single dose if necessary.
Antacid to be taken along before food.
Next Steps
Xray of tooth and further treatment require d to be taken as soon as possible.
