Mild bleeding is common with extraction , especially with third molar extraction
Mild swelling and restricted mouth opening fairly common and temporary , it will reside in a day or two, provided you follow all the post op extractions
No smoking

Hello. Visit your doctor for a check up... follow all instructions given by them. Do mouth opening exercises . Reflection of gum flap, bone drilling and stitches/ sutures are given to remove an impacted third molar. Some pain, swelling, restricted mouth opening are common. Happy to help.
