Hello..there is a possibility that you might be grinding your teeth in night ...so rct treated tooth being weaker than other teeth must be feeling more sensation..also there is a possibility of re infection in the tooth..and at night when you lie down to sleep there is increased pressure inside the tooth in that posture which elevates the pain..
