Hello
You should visit your dentist today check if any High pointe are there in the filling and removal of which pain will subside and if there aren't any high points Then get one x-ray(IOPA) done to confirm if root canal treatment is required.

The condition suggests that you should go for RCT and get the filling removed as soon as possible.
Get the xray done of that particular tooth to find out the extent of the infection and get the RCT started.
