Hi, do not take Zerodol as it contains Aceclofenac.
Aceclofenac Tablets should be avoided in lactation as they can transfer possible risks to the newborn.
Also, The use of Aceclofenac tablets may impair female fertility and is not recommended in women attempting to conceive.
Next Steps
Take Calpol 500mg on an sos basis (as and when required)
Hi .. as ur breastfeeding.. i would advise you to take paracetamol for every 6 hours ..
Next Steps
if the pain in unbearable kindly personal practo call me or you can also do practo video call so that i can look into the condition..
Health Tips
As home remedies u can try rinsing ur mouth with either clove oil or warm salt water .. you can even keep a clove near dt teeth n slightly press it between ur teeth .
In lactating mothers Zerodol not recommended. So you take Ibugesic Plus.
If u have infection in teeth, than u need antibiotics course. So I prescribed you medicines for temporary solution:
Rx
1.Tab Augmentin625 1tds
2.Tab Ibugesic Plus 1tds
3.Tab Pan40 1od (empty stomach)
4.RexidineM-Forte 5-6 times daily (topical application)
5.warm saline rinsed for every two hours
All for 5 days
Next Steps
When lockdown over than u consult dentist for proper examination
Health Tips
In meantime you take antibiotics for immediate relief.
