If you are having so much of pain. You need to visit your dentist. Dont worry all dentists are taking necessary precautions fo avoid the infection of Covid 19. You can visit your nearest dentist.

Take Tab ketoral dt as and when are required. And apply ice pack ( Ice wrapped in hanky or cloth) externally on the area of teeth pain. Dont use any home remedy. Take soft diet in food. Dont take hard and spicy food. Dont use any ointment, balm or any vicks or any other thing.

If the pain is so severe that you feel that nerve is fluctuating then it means ur cavity is very deep and it is reaching ur pulp region. U need to visit a dentist nearby and first take an xray and see how deep ur cavity is and decide upon the root canal treatment followed by cap placement.

Meanwhile u can take an analgesic like diclomol thrice daily after food. but this is only temporary relief.

your pain will not subside unless and until we treat the deep cavity, so please don't eat more pain killers

Get a electric pulp test done then kindly go for medication. If you take medicine results may vary.
