Hello
It is very common to have pain in jaws and gums that also radiates to ears and forehead due to the erupting wisdom tooth. Medicines will only give transient relief in such cases. And you will have to get the wisdom teeth removed.
For the time being, do warm Saline rinses

Hello as I am looking at your OPG wisdom tooth is erupting in both right and left lower region, best way to treat the wisdom tooth pain is remove the wisdom teeth. Your both wisdom teeth is erupting in slightly horizontal manner. It may require surgical method to remove it.
Next Steps
Kindly take your OPG and visit your nearby Dental Surgeon and plan your treatment accordingly.
Your opg shows your lower wisdom teeth are impacted. They won't be able to come out at all. And pain medicine will give relief for sometime and the pain will come back again in a few months every time.
Best to get them removed. Recovery may take a week to 10 days but it's totally worth it.
Apart from causing pain, these teeth can also cause the root of the tooth in front of it to start resorbing.
