I had done root canal treatment for same teeth twice, now again im getting pain.so the doctor advised me for removal for teeth and implant. please advise

If there is repeated reinfection then there could be a perforation or some other problem with the Root canal. In such a case you will have to remove the tooth and do an implant. If you are very keen to save your tooth you can take a second opinion from a good endodontist in your area
