Took steroid
I was given oral steroid without knowing for my eczema, the eczema has still not been treated. Do I have to treat the symptoms of the oral streroid(weight gain, hirsutism, moon face, swollen feet and buffalo hump) though the syptoms have started disappearing.
Is it risky to leave it untreated?

Oral steroids if taken in high dose fod long term (more than 6 weeks) can cause all these side effects you mentioned. If you have taken for short duration then no need to worry. All symptoms of steroid need different treatment as per the severity.
