Took metoprolol succinate 25 mg twice
Doctor, my age is 27 I got affected with covid 1 year back after recovering from covid I am suffering from High BP and using metoprolol succinate 25 mg once daily at 10 AM, today i mistook the tablet for other tablet and took it again at 6:30 PM wich concludes 2 tablets in a day
Is anything will go wrong ?
I was frightening alot,.please someone answer this.

The standard dose of metoprolol for hypertension is usually 50-100 mg per day.You have not exceeded the dosage , therefore unlikely to cause any adverse effects.

Chances are that u might get low BP but very low is likely to happen if it happens then you will feel sweaty a lot and ur feet will be cold if it occurs then drink ORS.
