Too much yawning
I always yawn irrespective whether i sleep well (7 to 8 hrs a day) or not, i yawn at a place where all the people around me are normal for eg: while discussing an important matter, watching a good movie, eating, doing some interesting work. when i yawn at these situations it doesn't look like a normal behavior. and it leads to pain in my jaws and head (side heads and fore head), it makes me tired, feel inferior, makes me lazy, low confident and not allowing me to concentrate on important things that i have to concentrate on. this frequent yawning making me very uncomfortable and tired, irritated, frustrated. please suggest me ways to control yawning (I have tried steps inhaling and exhaling well for 2 to 3 minutes, rubbing the forehead). Will there be any foods or tablets that i need to take so that my yawning rate gets controlled and though i become a normal person like others.
