  3. Fever coming after 8-10 hrs. Situation.

Fever coming after 8-10 hrs
My friend is having fever around 102 and when he takes paracetamol the fever resides but after 8-10 hrs it again comes, Its been third day of similar pattern. The result of RT PCR test is awaited. Please suggests what should be taken care in such situation.
