Too much pain in stomach during periods

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My wife use unwanted 72 first time after 24 hrs ,and after 3 days she had too much pain in her lower abdomen and back too,she is always in pain during her periods since childhood,we got married 2 months before.during periods she had lots of pain in initial days.please prescribe me what can I do for her.and during these days what type of food and medicine preffer for her.

If she suffers from severe dysmenorrhea then she could be suffering from endometriosis , fibroid ,polyp etc. You need to get her investigated. Get an ultrasound pelvis done. Consult directly after the ultrasound
