Too much pain in ears, terrific pain

I have been suffering from too much pain since 5 days, I have shown to our family doc, despite having lots of medicine, there is a same pain, it pains so much m not able to eat or sleep

Where is the pain madam?? Ear or nose or throat?? Anyways if the pain is not responding to regular pain killers, it's safer to consult with a good ENT surgeon
