I have a problem of keeping things in my mind & not expressing it if it may hurt anyone's sentiments. I generally hide those things that has hurt me. I keep on pretending that it's ok with me. But it's not. The problem piles up in my mind & keeps lingering in the back of my mind. It comes out in the form of a sudden angry outburst & I realise whatever I did was wrong. I get frustrated & angry every now & then.. & people around me get affected due to it.
