Too much of hairloss

Hello docs, I had a itchy scalp, dandruff and hairloss so i consulted a doctor.The doc suggested SCALPE+ shampoo and NOSKRUF lotion. After using the same my itchy scalp and dandruff has decreased gradually, but my white hair quantity has increased and imfacing a HUGE hairloss. Whenever i run my fingers over my hair i see 3-4 hair follicles in my hand, even during bath i see more than 100 hair on the floor. Can you guys please help me reduce the white hair / hairfal.
