Too much negative thoughts
I have recently been ill for a week suffering from cold and cough.I already wasn't in a state too good  but being bed ridden has worsened the situation .I started hating everything now..people...their thoughts..their actions.I have had a breakup recently and fights with my closest friends over some pitty issues..I feel lost ..I m not suicidal..I m sensible enough to not do that but still can not feel happy despite anything in life...see no meaning of anything..just over think about everything...meeting friends but don't like being around anyone...have no clarity whatsoever..feel like I will be left alone.I don't know I think I should consult a psychiatrist... confused.please help

Is it only one week since you are feeling that? Or have you had episodes before too? It maybe the result of the physical illness as there is a strong relation between body and mind. If symptoms persist or worsen .. then you should definitely visit a psychiatrist or psychologist, so that intervention can began early.
