Too much hairfall

Asked for Male, 24 Years

It's been not too long since I am losing almost half of my hair now. In 1yr my hair density has gone half, and I am unable to find a way out to resolve this issue. Please help. I live in Bangalore and borewell water or kaveri water is present. Recently I am washing using only bottled water.
