Too much dandruff
Hi all, I am suffering from too much dandruff if I touch my hair dandruff is falling I am using parachute oil it may increase dandruff? Previously I consulted one doctor in practo she suggested me scalpe+shampoo I used and found good result after stopping it again dandruff increased and my face also developing small pimples with this dandruff pls suggest what personal care I need take .I am afraid of getting bald head in future

I understand your concern. There's no use of coconut oil in hair growth, other than it just makes the hair shiny and look good. Instead it can increase dandruff if oil is applied after taking bath. If you still want to use coconut oil, apply it 1hour BEFORE taking bath twice in a week, and then wash hair completely with shampoo. Yes, dandruff can cause hair fall, pimples on face. So it needs to be treated.

Dandruff is not a disease and can't be given permanent solution . There is no cure for it but can be definitely be controlled. Kindly continue the shampoo atleast once a week.
