Too much Blackhead & black spots

Asked for Male, 19 Years

My blackheads have started 4-5 yrs before... No treatment so aggravated. Now there are black spots too. Whitish thread things coming during squeezing and again pore is filled with same. My confidence is totally lost. Please help. I cant visut doctor for my family problem. So need online help
