It could be a tonsillolith ( stone like deposit ) in tonsil or could be infective discharge, it may or may not be related to hiv, white spots in tonsils could be due to tonsillitis, diptheria, apthous ulcers, leukoplakia, infectious mononucleosis and the list goes on, its not possible to tell that this is an hiv symptom
Good Evening Sir.
First of all, I understand your worry.
But your symptoms alone are not suggestive of an HIV infection.
The white spot in the picture just looks like some mucosal change, but it's not a proper well formed lesion, from what I can make out.
If it's bothering you a lot, I'll suggest you get yourself tested too.
But these symptoms alone, do not suggest an HIV infection.
Next Steps
Complete treatment, as given by your doctor.
Get an HIV testing for reassurance.
Hello,
I understand your concern. And I would like to add that HIV symptoms are not these white spots always. You have crypts and these white spots could be of food impacted in these crypts. So I guess you need not worry.
Step 1 Get yourself tested for HIV
Step 2 take ENT consultation to get yourself examined.
