  4. Tonsilitis. To attend office tomorrow?

Very sore throat and feverish with severe body ache. I am having trouble swallowing water even and of course speaking. I had taken very long homeopathic treatment and its almost 15 years after which am having this problem since last nite. What medicine can I take to able to attend office tomorrow?
