Tongue / Throat / Lip / Urine Infection.

I am facing some issues with my tongue since 2 months now, sort of oral thrush, went to the dentist who gave me Candid Mouth Paint to be applied twice for 15 Days, I applied it once for almost 20 days due to Ramzan and twice for 7 days but the issue still exists, in between I also started facing issues with my throat,it feels as if something is pulled over in my throat which makes it difficult to complete a sentence sometimes, apart from that,I also feel as if something Is walking on my left side of the lip,but there's nothing actually there, this also happens sometimes but the tongue issue is continuous, now since 4 days, I'm facing Urinary tract infection, the entire region burns, itches and the color of the urine is sometimes yellow or dark golden, is this tongue's issue which has spread to the other parts listed or is it not related? Also, how can this be fired and who is the doctor I need to go to, since they are all different parts of the body, not sure if UTI is due to Fasting.
