  4. Tongue redness since 2 days. Help.

Tongue redness since 2 days
This redness in tongue I noticed today. I ate excess of dry fruits 2 days back. also had hot coffee and tea. Having medicines Ketorol DT amd Lyser D also hade viral so been taking lot of paracetamol. Now noticed this tongue redness today. Please Help.
