Tone saggy tummy and breast
I have stopped breast feeding 2yrs back. From 3months I'm feeling my breast has become saggy and loose tummy. I want to tighten breasts and increase size and tighten my tummy. Is there any medicine in ayurveda for this. Please help

Post breast feeding and delivery these issues are common. The tone will be restored gradually with proper medication and exercise. U can do pectoral strengthening exercises, surya namaskara daily.

apply sesame oil on body 30 minutes before bath. There are Ayurveda treatments like udwarthana, sashitika sali pinda sweda which will help in toning abdomen.
