Toe tingling and ear heaviness
I m 43 year old suffering from diabetes from past 5 years. From last one month I m having sensation and tingling and numbness in one Toe of foot and from last two days there is swelling in that foot and legs and arms veins are also  highlighting and I m checking sugar at home...it's normal then why it's happening...yesterday I also got checked uric acid which was 4.51. And from last 2 months I m having light hearing loss and heaviness in ear also...I consulted ENT but he said everything is normal...he only gave me antibiotic and allergy tablet but it's not working. Plz help...what can be the reason and what to do. I sleep on floor is that the reason?

Hello Tingling and Numbness in one toe of foot means diabetic neuropathy in foot. Please don’t ignore . Get a Venous Doppler done, take ecospirin 75 mg OD and also consult a neuro vascular surgeon . Visit a medical college or higher centre to prevent getting into complication of Diabetic Foot
