Toe Nail fungal infection
Nail discolouration,hard and brittle. Sometimes the underneath nail pains. I took treatment earlier also but due to pandemic discontinued. Kindky prescibe a medication which is safe . Thank you.

HI, Nail fungus is a stubborn condition, unfortunately. it requires prolonged Treatment . All the medications have some risk profile and no one medication is completely safe or side effect free. only a full medical history and lab tests can dictate what medications are safe for a person undergoing nail fungus treatment.
Next Steps
Please follow up with the dermatologist and continue the regimen. Specially since there is a cardiac history.
