Toasted skin due to heat pack usage
I used a heat pack on my inner thigh/groin area frequently for about 2 months due of pelvic pain. I now have this toasted skin looking patches (photo attached). No bleeding or pain.
Could this be erythema ab igne/toasted skin syndrome or heat-related pigmentation? I read rare cases can become cancerous and am anxious.
How concerning does this look, and is it reversible? I'm even more concerned about it turning cancerous.

Yes it maybe erythema ab igne.avoid heat over that area.
Not every lesion turns cancerous.
