28 year old lady having sugar. Having abdomen pain on left side. Attached sonography report. To whom we consult plz suggest us. Thank u.

Diabetic patients are more prone for urinary infection . As per the the report she is having urine infection and diabetic nephropathy .. Must be having uncontrolled Diabetes. Small renal stones are also there in the USG . She may require antibiotics and strict sugar control.
