Hello Practo user,
In order to gain weight all you have to do is increase your daily calorie consumption
* Eat a balanced diet.
* Eat lots of vegetables and fruits
* Exercise as it will make you strong and you will feel hungry
* Have milk and milk products.. If you are too thin.. Have cheese, whole milk instead of skimmed milk
* If you eat non-vegetarian, you can include eggs and lean meat in your diet
