Yes you can use, no problem ,indicated.Before that complete emptying of breast before going to other breast, is needed for good milk output.Ginger garlic jaggery dhania mutton …. R better..

Also keep yourself hydrated
Drink plenty of fluids
Have a diet rich in calories and proteins
Add fruits and vegetables, dry fruits, milk and eggs in your diet
Reduce stress, be confident and positive on breastfeeding
Feed atleast once during the night and try feeding the baby every 2-3 hours
Reduce top feeds and try breastfeed as much as possible
