To increase breast milk

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello, I am mother of 7 months old daughter. I have been breastfeeding my daughter but now it seems that milk quantity has decreased. Although I have also started giving her solids. Can I use Lactare powder, Wanto lacy etc type supplements to increase BM. Please let me know.

As you start solids the breast milk requirement also goes down hence the milk supply can reduce....you can use lactare powder if u wish to ...
