I have tmj from a very long time and in the past few months tinnitus also has showed up, I dont which doctor to consult

if there is a clicking sound on opening the mouth , then it's related to the temporomandibular joint , meet a maxillofacial surgeon , tinnitus is more like ringing in the ear that needs to be seen by an ENT surgeon
