Titnus and can't hear low pitch voice

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have a background of titnus and ringing sound in my ear ...my last doctor said that was due to ear infection and blockage in nasal pass ..usually I feel my ear are so hard as in cold nose are always blocked but from last month I can not hear low pitch voice properly ...what should I do ? please suggest

You may be facing eustachian tube dysfunction . Get a pure tone audiometry and impedence audiometry.
