1. Minimise noise and other distractions.
2. Set short periods of time to study and take breaks.
3. Set achievable targets to study in set period of time.
4. Change place of study frequently.
5. Change subjects of study frequently.
6. Change method of study frequently, like reading to writing, doing question papers, etc.
7. Try to prepare notes for difficult to understand concepts.
