I am working 7 days .my job is patrolling in a car so I am driving for 10 hrs a day and sleep at home so I am not doing any exercise to move my body ..I am suffering from back pain and my legs are getting weaker What to do now

Since your work is related to travelling you have the problem of back ache. It is necessary that you should do exercises to keep your back strengthened.

It would be better if you meet a Physiotherapist and undergo a course of Physiotherapy which would help you ease your problem. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. You need physiotheraphy. Once pain settled do back muscle strengthening exercises. Consult orthopaedic doctor. If any weakness or numbness, bladder, bowel problem- consult ortho urgently
