I have a curly hair.My hair altogether is of uniform length.I have many short hairs.How can I make those hairs also grow longer?

Curly or straight is all genetic determined. Also it's believed that if your hair were cut at a particular length in childhood, they will grow to that length only. You can get smoothening done in salon if you are keen.
