Tiny under skin lumps /rash
I noticed hundreds of tiny bumps on my face about a month ago, when they first appeared they could only be seen in certain lighting and were not red. However they have spread more and more to the back of my neck, my chest area and almost my entire face. They are very sore and slightly itchy, when inflamed some of the bumps are fluid filled .
