Tinnitus with perforated Ear drum can be curable. I have a ringing noise in left ear 24/7 apart from that I have a perforation in that year. Please help

The tinnitus may be related to the ear perforation. You should get tests done for the ear and undergo surgery to treat the perforation. It is a routine surgery for us and you will get a lot of benefit
