Tinnitus treatment
Is there any treatment that could be effective to diminish the intensity of a tinnitus caused (probable cause not certain) by a mild loss of hearing (very mild and non specific, consistent with my age). MRI shows non specific signs of labyrinths inflammation, but I never experienced vertigo. Another cause could be Advil and Doxy medications taken at the time when the tinnitus first happened, stress could also be a reason. Hearing aids do help to cover the sounds of tinnitus, gingko does not seem to help. Thanks

CAPSULE that has a combination of N-Acetylcysteine, Alpha lipoic acid, and Rebamipide. It is used to treat and prevent hearing loss especially in old age. This combination works by reducing ear damage and promoting ear cell preservation. N-Acetylcysteine and alpha lipoic acid works by increasing glutathione levels (antioxidant), and other free radical-producing substances that detoxify the body, reduce the inflammatory response, increase metabolism of mitochondrial energy, and significantly protect cells. Rebamipide is an mucoprotective agent which increases the soluble mucus, mucosal blood flow, and inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines.
