Tinnitus problem
Hai i faced ssnhl in right ear onMarch 8, 2024 with vertigo, I lost almost full hearing but I started taking treatment immediately, took steroid tablets and one steriod injection to my middle inner ear, after one week my hearing came fully, but after that I faced vertigo fully tired can't do my daily work and tinnitus problem also. Doctor gave me cognivel tablet( which contains gingko biloba extract) each one day  I took almost 2 and half months, I feel my tinnitus is reduced in volume. how long I need to take when it ll cure, I saw some comments its not curable, any tinnitus  success people is there please give me hope. I feel some improvement I need good doctor In Bangalore to treat my problem
