Namasthe! The honest answer is that these symptoms suggest a complex structural or neurophysiological issue  not just simple inflammation. While Ayurveda can help reduce symptoms, calm the nervous system improve sleep and support over all healing , it cannot be guaranteed  to permenantly cured conditions like patulous Eustachian tube dysfunction. The most important step is to first get a proper evaluation from an ENT specialist  to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other causes of tinnitus or ear pressure. Once the diagnosis is clear, Ayurveda & supportive therapies can be used along side medical care to help manage symptoms and support recovery,Additionally Psychobiological aproach by  BPM therapy also can be supportive therapy for your condition which is  more of external herbal applications and no side effects.First thing to do is getting proper evaluation from ENT specialist, and taking help of Ayurveda to analyse your body type .

Namastey I appreciate that you’re asking honestly and don’t want false hope. I’ll answer you the same way. Your symptoms and associated conditions suggests suggest a functional ear pressure + nerve sensitivity issue, not structural hearing loss. Patulous Eustachian Tube means the tube is too open, so you hear your own voice and breathing loudly; that creates unpleasant and unnecessary conciseness and discomfort on daily basis. Honestly, Ayurveda and Panchakarma treatment can help significantly in many cases, especially if the cause is functional, stress-related, Vata-aggravated, or post-weight loss. If caused by Stress, Anxiety, Sudden weight loss, or Vata imbalance; There is good chance of major improvement or near-complete recovery. If due to Inner ear nerve damage; Full permanent cure is unlikely, but intensity can reduce. And since your hearing test is normal, that’s a positive sign. Honestly concluding • Permanent cure? → Not guaranteed. • Significant improvement possible? → Yes, especially since hearing test is normal. • Early management increases success rate. We need to assess you properly and ensure proper history taking, rule out all the possible causative factors for exact treatment and diagnosis and prognosis.
Next Steps
You must go for Panchakarma treatments; as it is the only way out to cure it. Please connect 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5
Health Tips
Try focus on hydration, nerve calming, and Vata balance: drink adequate warm fluids, avoid excess caffeine, maintain a healthy weight (avoid sudden weight loss), and follow regular meals with nourishing foods like ghee and soaked almonds. Sleep before 10:30–11 PM, avoid screens before bed, and use mild background sound at night instead of complete silence. Practice gentle pranayama like Nadi Shodhana, reduce stress, and avoid over-focusing on the sound. Protect ears from loud noise but do not overuse earplugs in normal environments, avoid forceful nose blowing, and maintain good neck posture. Gentle head oil massage and supervised Nasya can be supportive. Improvement often takes time, but with consistent care many functional cases gradually stabilize. Thank you

You have just mentioned your diagnosis according to modern medicine. Your symptoms are classical vata and pitta imbalance ones. There are very good formulations and oils that can help in your condition,  but for that proper root cause analysis has to be done which will be part of my consultation.  To begin with first start HAIP DIET immediately.  Seek consultation which will be valid for 1 month.
