  4. Tinnitus about left ear. Have this?

Tinnitus about left ear
I am diabetic since 12years. Tinnitus comes 6 years back with left side ear. It kills the earing quality. Hearing aids not working. Totally poor quality of hearing sounds. Any medical treatment have this? Please tell me any one.
