I am having tinnatus from around 1 and half years back is there any cure or medication for this .

You need to find out the probable cause of the tinnitus that is there from a long time. Various investigations might have to be done and sometimes even if nothing is found to be a cause, you will have to undergo tinnitus retraining therapy.
