Tingling and chills
Hello doctor, I was covid positive two months before. After recovering with that started problem like productive cough and throat infection. Done all the test including Covid profile blood test, CT scan.. Everything was normal. I'm very much stressed now a days. "Sometimes in night while sleeping I woke up with tingling hand and leg of left side and then extreme chills." I'm worried because of this. Is it related my mind? If yes then I will consult with you... Please suggest.

The tingling sensation that you mention seems like a physical manifestation of stress and anxiety. I would like to know more about your current lifestyle and the issues you're facing to give you more information on that. In addition to that, I would also like to suggest the following: 1) Try Progressive Muscle Relaxation when you wake up with the tingling sensation in your body. 2) Use EFT tapping technique before going to bed to relax your body. 3) Give time to yourself and indulge in physical activity. I invite you to join a counselling session with me so that we can explore your issues and figure out how to overcome them.
