Since 5 years suffering with ringworm on buttocks visited 3 doctors used fluconazole150mg, itraconazole 200mg, borit sb 130mg, now using terbinafine 250mg still I'm not getting cured plz give me solution is there permanent cure for this

Proper medication,
Avoid stopping the treatment before the stipulated time.
Use dusting powder.
Keep the area dry.
Avoid over the counter ointment which contains steroid.
