Hi Doctor
I've read a lot of your advice saying that 7-8h of sleep really helps in height growth. Is there a specific schedule do you recommend? Like from what time to time? If I sleep at 3am-11am vs 10pm-6am, will that make a difference regarding producing Growth Hormone and other things? Is that ok?
Thank you

Also a good protein diet, and vitamin.Sleep helps in body repair and nerve soothing
Hi,
10.00 pm - 6.00 am is the best time. Bcz as you'll be getting up in the morning, you'll be able to receive sunlight, which is important for Vit D & calcium absorption. Overall body & energy will be efficient in following this routine. Thanks
