Time for scabs to fall off naturally

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have really sensitive skin.about a day ago i picked 3 whiteheads due to which i got 3 scaba on my face.After applying different ointments , i made them worse bcz my skin is too sensitive.So i decided not to apply any moisturizer or ointments during the day and overnight and do the skin it's work itself .My question is , if i leave those scabs without moisturizers and ointments , how long would it take them to heal and fall off naturally without remedies ?
