Tightness near nose and suffocation

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Since Past few months sometimes I feel tightness near nose,sudden loss of breath and suffocation.the moment i start thinking about it my body becomes cold and the problem increases..also I have a dry phelgm..I consulted a doctor and he prescribed me an anti anxiety pill along with mondeslor , laevocetrizine and doxysafe 400..when I am outside it becomes little bit normal but when I am alone it increases..

If it happens almost exclusively at a certain location then you might be allergic to something present at that place only. Other reason includes deviated nasal septum (DNS). ENT VISIT will help exclude. Recurrent PNS infections will be excluded by X-ray of skull OM view . Use antiallergic, anti anxiety drugs as prescribed. You may also use Otrivin nasal drops, 2 drops to clear your nose if required.
