Tightness in chest
My chest aches I am spitting up black gray phlegm my head is going in cycles of thebinside of my head feels like a balloon is filling up to the point of bursting and yhen eases up and then my whole head goes into pain it goes down the left side of the back side of my neck into my shoulder blade running into my shoulders and into my arms hands and doen my legs and pain it feels like when you exercise and your muscles get fatigued and soreand it goes out my toes and then starts all over again
